Are you the enthusiastic and self-driven HR Generalist (M/F) we are looking for?
Interesting position in Austria for a dynamic HR Generalist is now open! You will provide local support to managers and employees and will be first point-of-contact for them in HR-related questions. This is no back-office job so you enjoy serving customers. Business relies on your expertise in employment lifecycle from hiring to exit and you find your way in questions related to labor legislation and collective agreements. You are used to work with payroll topics and data quality is close to your heart. You work closely and utilize the expertise of HR network to provide best possible support for the business.
Will this be the right step for you?
We need people who can see new ways to do things and make these changes happen. Hands-on attitude is needed and you need to be able to take responsibility and organize your own work. You have the needed basics in place: a university degree in personnel administration or equivalent and preferably at least three years of work experience within Human Resources. You operate in global environment so you are strong communicator (written and verbal) not only in German but also in English. Experience in handling payroll is a must and ability to use different HR systems and social media are strong advantage.
Your primary location will be Valmet office in Vienna, Austria.
